Because sometimes it may happen that the expansion of the sheet material exceeds the extension limit of the sealant and for aesthetic needs, the advantage of the dry assembly system is that the sealant strip is pressed against the inside of the bead (aluminum alloy profile), so that the sheet is expanded and The loaded position can move freely when it moves. Do not use PVC sealing tape, because the plasticizer added in soft PVC migrates to the surface of the board, the hollow board box will crack the surface of the board, or even destroy the entire board. The applicable sealing strip material is chloroprene rubber, or EPDM, etc., and their hardness is about Shao A65. This kind of assembly system is mainly used in small facilities, such as garages, station awnings, rain canopies, greenhouses, and many other places where glass is replaced. When using the wet assembly method, the basic requirement is that the sealing system must be able to withstand a certain amount of movement of the board, allowing thermal expansion without reducing the bonding force between it and the frame and the board. Acidic and alkaline silicone glues should not be used, because these curing agents will cause plate torching.
